What is Ginataang Suso?
Ginataang Suso is an exotic viand wherein snails cooked in extracted milk together with some vegetables which are string beans, squash, okra, and eggplant. Its more like pinakbet but extracted milk specialized it to become surprising delicious and rich flavored.

They made it special because instead of putting coconut milk, they innovate this dish through making Carabao’s Milk together with Organic Rice for the creamer.
In fact, this Sta. Cruz’ menu was the first ever winner of Food Festival Competition as one of the highlights of Arawatan Festival held at Provincial Capitol last November 15 2016.
